A: Yes, you can. The 1.3 version doesn't use the bloom anymore so it should look the same on DX9 and DX10.

Q: Is the loading user_atmosfear.ltx required?

A: No, it isn't required but recommended as it adjust some settings to maintain the proper color balance.

Q: Can I just replace my user.ltx file with user_atmosfear.ltx?

A: Yes, you can, but it is not recommended as user_atmosfear.ltx doesn't contain main graphic settings as resolution or key bindings.

Q: Why the NPP is still visible on the north when in NPP level?

A: It would be a waste of time and system resources if I have created separate sky boxes for NPP level only.
